Food in Motion Thanksgiving Menu Includes:
Serves 8-10 - $360 + HST
- FIM Turkey with Gravy and Cranberry Sauce
- Roasted garlic mashed potatoes
- Sourdough stuffing with apple, pancetta, squash and celery
- Roasted root vegetables and brussels sprouts
- Roasted sunchokes, pearl onions, green beans and oyster mushrooms with a brown butter and pommery glaze
- Heritage mix salad with charred gooseberries, pickled leeks, confit squash, shaved manchego, puffed buckwheat, pumpkin seed crisps, currant/pink peppercorn/maple vinaigrette

- ½ Roasted Turkey, Sliced (Serves 4 to 6) - $75 + HST
- Heritage Mixed Salad (Serves 4) with charred gooseberries, pickled leeks, confit squash, shaved manchego, puffed buckwheat, pumpkin seed crisps, currant/pink peppercorn/maple vinaigrette - $30 + HST
