How It Works

Step 1: Choose Your Meals

We are constantly adding fresh, NEW, healthy and delicious options to our menu with fully prepared meals. Choose from an exciting selection of nutritious lunches, dinners and snacks.  We highlight our main ingredients so you can choose what you love, and know what to avoid due to allergies, dietary restrictions or intolerances. For more allergy information, please refer to our FAQ section

Step 2: Place Your Order

Orders are due by 6:00pm every Monday for delivery on Thursday of the same week, with a $100 order minimum.  Please refer to our Delivery Page to see when your order will be delivered and for complete information.  We recommend following us on Instagram and Facebook to stay on top of our offerings.

Step 3a: Delivery To You

We deliver to your doorstep on Thursdays between 11 am – 6 pm.  There is a $10 delivery fee per order that will be added at checkout.  Please add any special instructions in the notes section during checkout.  If you are home for the delivery, we will knock/ring the doorbell and leave your order on your doorstep. If you are not home for the delivery, we will leave your order at your door or with your concierge.  We deliver within 25km of our kitchen.  If you live outside our delivery area and would like to place an order, please contact us.

Step 3b: Option for Pick-Up

We also offer an option to pick up your orders from our kitchen. For those who prefer to pick up your orders, we have an allotted time slot for pick up on Thursday between 11 am – 6 pm. Our address is 4 Vata Court, unit 4, Aurora. Please provide proof of purchase for pickup.

Step 4: Storefront/Retail Items Walk-In

We also have a large selection of items available for sale in our kitchen. We have a designated retail area for walk-in customers to choose from. Please email or call to set up an appointment. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for regular updates or call ahead for specific availability.

What is your order deadline?

All orders must be received by Monday at 6pm to qualify for Delivery on Thursdays or Pick-up Wed-Sat. Want to stay on top of our menu?  We recommend following us on Instagram or Facebook to stay in touch with our offerings.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. Our order minimum for delivery is $100 before tax. There is no minimum for pickups and walk-in retail items.

What do our icons mean?

V – Vegan

VG – Vegetarian

GF – Gluten friendly. Items made without gluten containing ingredients. Possibility of cross contamination exists due to shared equipment and prep areas in our kitchen.

DF – Dairy Friendly. Items made without dairy containing ingredients. Possibility of cross contamination exists due to shared equipment and prep areas in our kitchen.

K – Keto

Food allergies and intolerances
We understand that some people have allergies, sensitivities or intolerances. We highlight gluten-friendly, dairy-friendly, keto, vegan, vegetarian and refined sugar free options. We do our best to avoid cross contamination of allergens, but unfortunately cannot guarantee it because we do not have an allergen free facility. We work with gluten, dairy and all types of nuts in our kitchen. If you have questions about specific items, please email us and we will answer any questions directly to help you decide what you can safely consume.
