Are you “Classic” or “Creative”? Do you stick with timeless cocktails like a smooth Old Fashioned, or do you love to sip on trendy seasonal creations, like the Franconia 75?

Old Fashioned: Arguably the most well-known, classic whiskey cocktail in the world. It's a slug of bourbon, lightly sweetened with sugar and enriched with a couple dashes of bitters. Garnish it with an orange peel or cherry.

Franconia 75: This autumnal drink riffs on the classic French 75. Compared to the gin- and Champagne-based classic, this version takes a darker spin, thanks to rich maple syrup and sparkling hard cider.

Along with a complete package, our holiday menu offers some exquisite a la carte dishes! This Zuppa di Pesce is packed with seafood and includes large black tiger shrimp, Salt Spring mussels, king crab, calamari, cuttle fish, monk fish, fennel with a tomato broth. The Frittura di Pesce features calamari, shrimp, lemon aioli and spicy tomato sauce.

They're both a perfect addition to a Christmas dinner or an exceptional offering for Christmas eve.

As always, we have our full package which will serve 8 of you and your closest family or friends. We also have an exquisite dessert alongside a number of other a la carte options.

Pick-up is available for December 23rd 10am-4pm and December 24th 10am-2:30pm. Orders can be picked up at Unit #4 - 4 Vata Ct in Aurora.
