Catering & Events
Catering events is what Food In Motion is all about. We work with our clients to perfect every aspect of their event, from the menu, venue, rental and staffing. Our menus are designed to be executed with on-site staff or dropped off right to your event.
Food In Motion started catering events in Richmond Hill. A once home-based operation has now grown into a full service catering company that serves great food from Toronto to Barrie, Hamilton to Oshawa.

Food in Motion packed up a lovely picnic meal for our anniversary dinner by the lake. The calypso salad that accompanied the grilled shrimp and scallops paired perfectly—and really added a kick! We also loved the charcuterie board —a delicious assortment of cheese, meat and grilled vegetables 🙂

What is your order deadline?
All orders must be received by Monday at 6pm to qualify for Delivery on Thursdays or Pick-up Wed-Sat. Want to stay on top of our menu? We recommend following us on Instagram or Facebook to stay in touch with our offerings.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Our order minimum for delivery is $100 before tax. There is no minimum for pickups and retail items.
What do our icons mean?
V – Vegan
VG – Vegetarian
GF – Gluten friendly. Items made without gluten containing ingredients. Possibility of cross contamination exists due to shared equipment and prep areas in our kitchen.
